February is National Heart Month and one Winston-Salem woman is crediting her smart watch with helping save her life.Donna Finnegan says that a spontaneous $30 purchase is why she’s able to sit down and tell her story today. “I was taken back,” said Finnegan. “I was shocked, and I was scared.”It does much more than just tell the time.
