Waltham-based Boston Dynamics retired its legendary humanoid robot Atlas and unveiled a new version.”For almost a decade, Atlas has sparked our imagination, inspired the next generations of roboticists and leapt over technical barriers in the field. Now it’s time for our hydraulic Atlas robot to kick back and relax,” the company posted in a video Tuesday.Over the years, the company has shared videos of Atlas doing backflips off platforms, running in fields and dancing.
