With over 30 years of experience in the commercial transportation field, including leadership roles in distribution and manufacturing, Phillips brings a wealth of expertise to his new position. Phillips’s extensive background includes serving as General Manager at Alliance Bus Group, a prominent bus distributor, where he played a key role in driving operational excellence and sales growth.

Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Sales, Commercial Bus Group at REV Group, overseeing multiple brands and distribution channels across two manufacturing facilities.
