Start by filtering them.
If you have Sales Navigator ↴
– Create Buyer Personas (if you haven’t already).
– In the search bar, click “Lead Filters”.
– Select “1st-degree connections” under “Connection”.
– Add more search parameters like “Posted on LinkedIn”.
– Run multiple searches for the best outcomes.
– Add relevant contacts to a saved list and name the list, “1st Degree [description]”

– Type a relevant keyword in LinkedIn’s search bar.
– Example: job title, industry, product category, hobby.
– Hit “Enter”.
– On the results page, click “People” on the left and “All filters” on the right.
– Select “First Degree”, and add other search parameters.
– Run multiple searches for the best outcomes.
