Oklahoma man threw pipe bomb at Satanic Temple, prosecutors say [Video]

Federal prosecutors in Massachusetts say an Oklahoma man is in custody after he was accused of throwing a pipe bomb at The Satanic Temple in Salem.Sean Patrick Palmer, 49, of Perkins, was charged in a criminal complaint with using an explosive to cause damage to a building used in interstate or foreign commerce. The U.S. Attorney’s Office said Palmer was arrested Wednesday morning in connection with the April 8 incident.Prosecutors said that shortly before 4:15 a.m. on April 8, surveillance cameras outside The Satanic Temple captured a man who was wearing a black face covering, a black jacket, black pants, a tan-colored tactical vest and gloves walking toward the building at 64 Bridge St.Charging documents state that the man, later identified as Palmer, ignited the pipe bomb as he approached The Satanic Temple and threw the improvised explosive device at the temple’s main entrance before running away.The pipe bomb partially …
