Netflix Shares 3 Body Problem: Inside the End of Judgment Day Featurette [Video]

Netflix shared a featurette for its recently released sci-fi series 3 Body Problem, exploring the “utterly terrifying science and creative process” behind an episode five scene. The show, which launched all eight episodes March 21, is an adaptation of Liu Cixin’s first book in the “Remembrance of Earth’s Past” trilogy, which explores humanity’s preparation for the arrival of a mysterious alien force.

The series tells the story of a young woman’s fateful decision in 1960s China that reverberates across space and time into the present day… When the laws of nature inexplicably unravel before their eyes, a close-knit group of brilliant scientists join forces with an unorthodox detective to confront the greatest threat in humanity’s history.
