Former patients file lawsuits against Arkansas psychiatrist [Video]

More than 100 lawsuits have been filed against Dr. Brian Hyatt, a psychiatrist from Rogers. In the documents, former patients have accused Hyatt of mistreatment, stating that they were coerced, over-medicated and held against their will.Matthew Lindsay, with Odom Law Firm, is representing many of the former patients who have filed lawsuits against Hyatt and Northwest Medical Center. “While the severity has differed.
