BOISE, Idaho — Zoo Boise is known for its wide selection of different animals, including its three red pandas.
Visitors can look forward to seeing those pandas in a brand-new habitat, which Zoo Boise will break ground on later this year.
The new red panda complex will replace the old habitat, which was built as a temporary exhibit two decades ago.
“Our current red panda habitat is very old, but the new one will make people feel like they’re almost walking into a lush Asian forest.
