I have to provide good service, I have to provide good products. I still have to provide all those things, but I’m getting myself in front of thousands of people when you’re waiting for a friend to tell another friend.

And that’s just impossible way to do it. You cannot grow a business using the old school marketing anymore strictly word of mouth. I use word of mouth. I go to my marketing meetings every week and I talk to people and you and I, we use the magnetic marketing program, we send out cards, we follow up with people.

Well, we do all of that, but that’s on top of me getting new customers using social media.
