JAC is expecting to sell around 22,000 tickets for the concert. Since the Italian fest sees between 7,000 to 10,000 people a day, over 30,000 event goers are expected to be downtown.

August 2nd is a big day for downtown Youngstown.

Tim McGraw will be taking the stage in Youngstown the same day as the Greater Youngstown Italian Fest.

“We’re just really excited to get all of these people down here to our venue and really experience our event,” said Jared Laczko, marketing manager for JAC Management Group.

Laczko said August 2nd is the only day Tim McGraw is available.
