Woman accused of chasing ex with knife, Mobile police say [Video]

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A bond hearing is scheduled Friday for a Mobile woman accused of chasing her ex-husband with a knife early Thursday morning.

Around 3:42 a.m., Mobile police officers responded to the 2500 block of McLaughlin Drive in reference to a domestic incident.

Amanda Tolbert, 40, had allegedly vandalized a vehicle, chased the victim with a knife and attempted to force entry into the residence, according to police.

She was booked into the Mobile County Metro Jail on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree domestic violence.
