Number 1 is Flat-Pack Form.

The IKEA furniture is sold in a disassembled ‘flat-pack’ concept which significantly reduces the shipping and storage costs.

Number 2 is DIY Model.

The self-service or ‘Do-It-Yourself’ way of setting up your own furniture, saves the company a lot of money on additional labor costs.
