Studio AKA crafted an animated sequence for Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, led by studio director Marcus Armitage. In the movie, the Spengler family returns to where it all started – the iconic New York City firehouse – to team up with the original Ghostbusters, who’ve developed a top-secret research lab to take busting ghosts to the next level. Armitage, who previously collaborated with the film’s director Gil Kenan in 2021, was tasked with crafting a sequence unveiling the origin story of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’s formidable antagonist, Garraka.
