Nebraska community mourns loss of Ceresco Officer Ross Bartlett [Video]

Officer Ross Bartlett was a man of service, dedicating 30 years of his life to various law enforcement agencies throughout Nebraska, and now each one is feeling the devastation from this loss, including the entire Ceresco community.”It’s a total loss for the town,” Ron Tegtmeier, owner and operator of Red Rooster, said. “It’s just not one person.
