An Era Ends
After an illustrious nearly two-decade journey in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and countless unforgettable moments in the octagon, UFC veteran Matt Brown has announced that his days as an active fighter are drawing to a close. Spanning 19 years and including 30 appearances in the UFC cage, Brown is hanging up his gloves to pursue new adventures.
“I’m not doing it again. I’m out,” he wrote. “My life will now be devoted to serving others. Helping others grow in martial arts and building businesses that can assist the community and the world.”
Brown, who turned 43 in January, revealed his decision on social media, marking the end of an era.
