MCDONALD’S has proposed surprise specials to lure back customers after complaints of increased menu prices.
Several have taken to social media to claim costs for meals at the fast food giant have skyrocketed over the past month.
Executives at McDonald’s responded with promises to make changes moving forward, and one solution the company intends to focus on is value bundles, per Eat This, Not That!
Throughout the remainder of 2024, the brand will seemingly adjust and improve the bundles as a cheaper option for customers, according to CFO Ian Borden.
Borden explained McDonald’s decision at the UBS Global Consumer and Retail Conference earlier in March, noting at least 90% of its locations around the United States already offer them at $4 during breakfast or other times of the day.
