POLK COUNTY, Minn. (Valley News Live) – The Polk County Sheriff’s Office posted on their social media page what to do if you’re unable to access 911 as a result of the nationwide cell phone service outage.
The post reads, “There is a nationwide issue with cell phone service for AT&T members. If you need emergency services and cannot get through to 911, please try calling from a landline. If that is not an option, please try Wi-Fi calling, texting, or getting in touch with a friend or family member who has a different carrier.”
