SAN DIEGO — There’s free help available for start-up businesses or even just entrepreneurs with an idea and a dream.
The Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation in Southeast San Diego offers countless resources for those looking to grow. A good one-stop-shop for non-profits and business start-ups looking to expand, get a loan or create content.
“Entrepreneurs that are building, growing, changing and shifting. I think one of the coolest things is when businesses are pivoting from one business to another,” Alex Waters said. He began his career with a tech start-up and is now the Director of Economic Development and Innovation.
“I think it’s cool to see people’s growth. It’s cool to know we provided a small part in their entrepreneurial journey,” he added.
