A SKINCARE fan has weighed in on how to look less like a dried-up raisin and maintain a glowing complexion.
She said her tips are so effective, they could give the effect of cosmetic procedures like Botox.

“Anti-aging foods that give you a Botox look,” she said.
First, she recommended taking in berries due to their high antioxidant and flavonoid content.
“Flavonoids have excellent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and neuroprotective effects,” according to a 2022 study.
