Frost Bank of Texas has revamped its corporate branding, including a series of new digital commercials. All the spots talk about Frost service being “Exactly What You Unexpected.” In this commercial, the story is told of three nuns who got a flat outside of a Frost Bank branch. The branch manager came outside and fixed the flat, even though the nuns were customers of a competitive bank.
