Eastern Washington University to host former Denver Broncos vice president [Video]

SPOKANE, Wash.- Eastern Washington University (EWU) will host former Denver Broncos Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) China Jude for a dialogue with university president Shari McMahan on Feb. 28.

The event, which is described by the university as an event to close out Black History Month, is entitled “Knowledge-Proximity-Relationships: Three Things that Will Take You to the Next Level.”

Jude, who holds a doctorate, will offer a presentation on professional growth to students and faculty. Her own journey as a business leader includes being named one of the 50 most influential Black people in sports.

A conversation with attendees will be moderated by Associate Dean Angela Schwendiman.

EWU’s president thanked the university community for a successful Black History Month while discussing Jude’s upcoming visit to campus.
