‘Comedy of errors’ shopper fumes after Lowe’s makes major delivery snafu – and customer says it was a ‘coverup’ [Video]

A LOWE’S customer hit out at the company on social media after getting two incorrect deliveries.

The disgruntled shopper explained what happened in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Lowes, comedy of errors in Phoenix,” wrote DJ Ambazo (@djambazo).

“Twice delivering the wrong used barbecue instead of a new barbecue. And covering it up.

“Complete cluster f**k with neither customer service or store managers being helpful.

“The delivery crew was at least nice if incredulous. What incompetence!”

Lowe’s immediaely apologized to the shopper and said they “appreciate” the feedback.

“If you have any more questions or concerns with your order, please send us a DM,” the company wrote.

The store allows most new, unused merchandise to be returned or exchanged with receipt within 90 days of purchasing.
