City of Liberty Lake rolls out Community Satisfaction Survey [Video]

SPOKANE, Wash.- Liberty Lake is coordinating a community satisfaction survey as a part of a new five year plan which was passed by the city council late last year.

The Community Satisfaction Survey is intended to measure how residents engage with the city’s services, and will give the local government direction as it works to implement a new strategic plan which will last until 2028.

In a video posted to social media on Feb. 13, Mayor Cris Kaminskas encouraged the 15% of Liberty Lake residents who received the survey to share their thoughts about where the municipality is succeeding and what requires improvement.

“Every year, we will go through and do another survey with another 15% of residents,” Kaminskas said.

The mayor states that the annual data collection will empower the local government to better implement the five year plan passed by the city council in December 2023.
