A solid brand strategy is made up of two parts: who you are and the audience you serve.
Lessons 1-4 covered who you are, why you care, and the personality you bring to the table. Now in lessons 5-8, we turn our attention to the audience.
This starts with shifting away from the concept of ideal customers and onto a more inclusive model of thinking.
