Andrew Tate’s brother Tristan has taken to social media to slam the decision to arrest and extradite him to the UK following the controversial influencers’ trial in Romania.
‘They’ll do anything to put you in jail,’ he wrote in quotation marks on X, before suggesting that he is being denied a trial in the country despite criminal proceedings being ongoing.
‘This is day 441 of my arrest,’ he added, ‘I have a clean criminal record and am an American citizen.’
The British-American brothers were first indicted for rape and human trafficking charges in Romania in June last year, but their case is still being discussed in the preliminary chamber stages and no trial dates have yet been set.
