Irish software company Workhuman has appointed Jim O’Dea as general manager for Ireland and Daniel Ryan as vice president of global operations.
The workplace software-as-a-service (SaaS) firm said the move would further solidify Ireland as the driving force behind its operational and e-commerce leadership and product development.
O’Dea has been with the company for 13 years, most recently serving as senior vice president of global operations, and he steps into an expanded role as general manager for Ireland.
He will oversee Irish operations and drive integration between the company’s bases in Dublin and Massachusetts to improve efficiency and support EMEA growth.
Ryan previously worked for Unilever and Diageo, and his appointment is expected to strengthen the group’s supply chain and operational rigour and support the continued global expansion of the platform.
Shmulik Barel was appointed VP of engineering in Dublin last May to lead AI product innovations on the Workhuman platform.
