What consequences could bonding companies who helped Bricen Rivers face in future hearing? [Video]

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Two Nashville bonding companies will go before a panel of six judges next month. On Time Bonding and Brooke’s Bail Bonding are the two companies that bonded Bricen Rivers out of jail. He is now accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend, Lauren Johansen, in Mississippi.

Rivers was put in jail months ago after he and Johansen got in a bloody fight on a trip to Nashville. He was allowed to bond out if he followed certain court orders like getting an ankle monitor and staying in Davidson County, but none of that took place.

Court documents said since steps were not followed when River was released, the judges wanted everyone involved to meet, get to the bottom of what happened, and discuss if anyone was at fault.
