WALMART shoppers have had it with the store’s delivery service after some orders never showed up and others were sent with the wrong items.
There has been a wave of customer complaints on social media detailing different delivery failures.
Several shoppers described issues with their orders in posts on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Lisa (@lisacyoulater) said that she had to wait over 10 hours for a grocery delivery.
“Epic fail! When you schedule grocery delivery, you don’t expect 10 hours to pass with zero delivery,” she wrote on X.
“Zero communication. I called four times. No groceries. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
“There are zero excuses for this. I’m handicapped and count on this service that I pay for.”
Similarly, fellow shopper Miya (@amara_zanae) never received her package.
“Walmart, my order was never delivered to me on Sunday despite it saying delivery attempted and paying for express,” she wrote on X.
