This is the wholesome moment Kate Middleton accepted a gift from a child as she left a Christmas Day church service with the rest of the Royal Family.
The Princess of Wales and her children joined the King and Queen as they attended the service at Sandringham today and afterwards greeted the crowds outside.
‘Lovely’ Kate, wearing a green coat and a hat, approached fans where one of the children stood and handed the future Queen a drawing of Charlotte, as the people’s faces lit up to meet them.
The Princess said: ‘Did you miss Charlotte? Yeah, should I give it to her when we get back home? That’s so kind of you, there’s your writing. Thank you very much. Merry Christmas.’
