Shipley Do-Nuts, a chain of doughnut shops and coffeehouses that serves hot, fresh doughnuts, kolaches and other baked goods, will open its first Lynchburg location at 8004 Timberlake Road in the first quarter of 2025.
Keith Sizemore, Shipley Do-Nuts’ senior vice president of franchise development, said the business will be owned and operated by franchisee Jody Mask.
It will be the first Shipley in Virginia, Sizemore said.
Founded in 1936, Houston-based Shipley Do-Nuts is one of the nation’s oldest and largest doughnut brands, with more than 350 company-owned and franchised restaurants across 12 states, serving up its famous doughnuts, coffee and kolaches to generations of guests.
