Family business Rodriguez Bakery, Inc. makes corn and flour tortillas and Mexican pastries and distributes the products to grocers across Idaho and the region. Rodriguez Bakery also delivers tortillas to restaurants in the Treasure Valley and Northern Idaho.
In 1955, Chief Operating Officer Jarad LaMarsh’s grandpa started a bakery in Texas that he later moved to the Treasure Valley. Fast forward decades later, LaMarsh began working at the bakery. In 2009, the company started making and wholesaling tortillas. Rodriguez Bakery’s growth is a response to treating employees well, hiring good people, and perseverance.
