KIMT News Three’s Saral Khare spoke with Rochester Parks and Recreation about the next phase in the grand design.
ROCHESTER, Minn. – Two new partners will help shape the future of Rochester’s Regional Sports and Recreation Complex.
According to the city, Oak View Group and Sports Academy will be part of operations and the design process.
The companies, based out of California, will provide insight into how the complex can serve the needs of the community.
Parks and Recreation Supervisor Ben Boldt explained, “They’re going to help us as we continue to have conversations with our local sports groups as well as those community members who’ll be utilizing this facility. Making sure we’re picking up the right type of amenities. Setting up the schedule and programming to be set up correctly to meet those needs for our community members.”
