PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – The Portland City Council says they’re shifting gears when it comes to plans for the iconic Keller Auditorium.

According to city leaders, Halprin Landscape is pushing to renovate the theater, while PSU is hoping for a brand-new performing arts complex at Portland State.
