REPUBLIC, Mo. (KY3) — Law enforcement is among the first to admit they can’t always be everywhere. That is why public input can be helpful when it comes to solving crimes.
“Extremely valuable, like you said, we can’t be everywhere all the time. (In) In lots of cases, we post them on our social media looking for help or trying to identify somebody. We get pretty good success out of that. That’s extremely important. Obviously, we can’t be there everywhere all the time,” says Detective Troy Rogers with the Republic Police Department.
