Pokwang recently reposted on her Instagram account the photo and details of her house that she’s been trying to sell.

The summer house, located in Mariveles in Bataan and which she endearingly calls “La Casa Malia,” has a price tag of PhP 25 million, though the TV host-comedienne says the price is still negotiable.

She also gave an indication that she’s in a hurry to sell the property and would prefer to deal with a direct buyer.
