MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCSC) – A woman-owned business is expanding its operations and putting roots down in Charleston County.
Mesa Land Services, an easement acquisition and title search solution company, is investing $1.3 million and creating two dozen new jobs in Mount Pleasant.
This company specializes in software that simplifies the utility easement acquisition process, bringing to the table advanced tools and technologies that make these processes both faster and more accurate for consumers.
“As a woman-owned business specializing in title research and easement acquisition, I’m thrilled to bring our company to South Carolina. I’m excited to contribute to its growth by providing reliable, thoughtful solutions for landowners, developers and the broader community,” Mesa Land Services President Julie Mote said.
Their new facility, located at 1459 Stuart Englas Boulevard, will serve as the company’s headquarters and main office.
