New apartment complex brings a fresh, but historical, approach to downtown living [Video]

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – A new take on downtown living is about to be introduced by a brand-new apartment complex in Rapid City.

“You look around downtown, and you look for nicer apartments just in general, there’s just not that many options out there, they’re all cookie-cutter apartments for the most part, and we wanted something that was unique and different and fun and vibrant for downtown, something that fits in well to the downtown community,” Cory Condon, a partner with Block 6, LLC, said.

Block 6, LLC has 6 units, featuring a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, each designed with a unique flair.

The complex is also vintage, located in the 1909 Duhamel building right above Tally’s Silver Spoon.
