A group of singers from New Albany is going viral on Facebook and TikTok. They are using the social media apps to reach the younger generation with their hymns.
NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WTVA) – A group of men from New Albany are going viral for singing hymns each week day morning at a fast food restaurant.
Bill Pollard founded the group four years ago. They are known as the Mississippi Men on Facebook and TikTok. They are proving that age does not matter when it comes to being an influencer.
“We’re just a little town in New Albany, but we’re going all over the world sharing Jesus Christ,” Pollard said.
The group meets each week day morning at Jack’s in New Albany. Pollard said he and some friends thought it would be a good outlet to share the Word because that is where several people have coffee.
