Nebraska Holiday markets mark debut in Lincoln [Video]

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A brand new market made its debut in Lincoln on Sunday, bringing the festive spirit to the Sandhill’s Global Event Center.

The Nebraska Holiday Market featured rows of Christmas-themed vendors, displaying and selling everything from ornaments to clothing.

The event was put on by Creative Collabs, in partnership with the People’s City Mission. Attendees received a small business holiday gift guide, taking them through each small business at the market.

The guide was filled with incentives, encouraging people to shop throughout the holiday season.

“We’re raffling off 15 fully decorated Christmas trees, and all the proceeds go directly to the People’s City Mission,” Celene Khulmann & Melanie Rezac, Creative Collabs. “But on top of that, we have over 50 local vendors and businesses here, so people can really support local and shop small this holiday season.”
