Liberty Insurance to rebrand as RedClick following Generali takeover [Video]

Italian-headquartered insurance group Generali has launched its RedClick brand in Ireland after acquiring the operations of Liberty Ireland earlier this year.

RedClick will offer property and casualty insurance products and serve an existing customer base of 250,000 customers in Ireland who already had home or motor cover with Liberty.

The company now employs more than 400 people across offices in Cavan, Enniskillen and Dublin.

RedClick said it would offer a competitive value proposition to existing and future clients, and that it will continue to operate in partnership with brokers.

Parent Generali is one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers with operations in over 50 countries and more than 82,000 customers servicing 70m customers.

Generali said the launch of the RedClick brand in Ireland demonstrates its commitment to expand its footprint in the Irish market, helping to enhance local competition.
