ISRAEL has declared a “new phase of war” after Hezbollah terrorists were hit by a fresh wave of detonating devices – killing at least 20 and injuring hundreds.

Booby-trapped walkie-talkies used by fighters blew up in their hands this afternoon and triggered blasts across Lebanon’s south.
