From a brand new roof to upgrading your HVAC system, a new home rehab grant allows qualifying Clay County residents to get these essential parts of your homes fixed free of charge.
The grant, Community Development Block Grant for home rehabilitation, is available every year for qualifying low to moderate income families who need assistance with maintaining a safe home.
