During preparation for a digital transformation strategy with top-tier UK law firm Allen & Overy, news broke of their impending merger with US-based Shearman & Sterling. This development dramatically altered our project scope and introduced an immovable deadline: the new website had to launch alongside the merged firm’s debut on May 1, 2024.
The stakes were suddenly much higher – we needed to create an entirely new and exceptional digital experience with a yet-to-be-agreed-upon brand while navigating the complex and numerous stakeholders of the newly minted third-largest law firm in the world.
