ROCHESTER, Minn.-Honey Baked Ham is a nationwide company that makes and sells honey-baked hams and other side dishes.

The company has a new business that opened up in the Med City on Tuesday in the Northwest Plaza. That’s the strip mall near Sam’s Club and Walmart North.

Honey Baked Ham district manager for Minnesota Nick Gorjanc said, “with the growth that rochester has been having it just seemed like a logical spot. We’ve had a lot of people coming up from the south to visit the twin cities so it just made sense to not have them drive so much and the people of rochester have been very open and receptive to having us.”

With the new business coming, many have been clamoring at the doors to get in before opening day. For those looking for something for the holiday, the business has lots of food available.
