“This was about creating a transformative experience,” Hales said. “It wasn’t just about new wallpaper or lights or anything else, it was trying to figure out in the modern stadium, part of the experience is having a really positive, seamless experience with not a lot of hassle and the amenities that fans expect, and that’s really what I think we’ve delivered.”
