I have heard and had too many people tell me that the cost to start gardening is too high, & I just could not stay silent on this topic! The backyard and urban gardening industry is a marketing monster, and they are misleading people into thinking they need these expensive raised beds filled with unicorn poop in order to have a garden. That is not necessary, & it is simply the social media machine pimping out influencers who aren’t paying for these expensive beds they are installing & promoting. Gardening and producing your own food doesn’t have to be an expensive undertaking, and too many social media influencers have allowed themselves to be bought out by big companies instead of really teaching people the basics of gardening. #gardenlife #realgardening
