But it must be true because Sony Pictures Entertainment has shared a first-look exclusive with AWN of the “Diner Disruption” deleted scene (watch it below!) from Harold and the Purple Crayon, the live-action/animated hybrid features that follows a grown-up Harold, filled with wonder about everything, who doesn’t quite think things through.

Based on the classic children’s book by Crockett Johnson and starring Zachary Levi, the film follows adventurous Harold, played by Zachary Levi, who has brought himself out of his 2D adventures into the physical world just by drawing it.
In the film, his crayon is made of pure imagination… and after drawing himself right off the page into the real world, Harold is filled with wonder about everything. But not everything goes as planned. In fact, admonished with ‘What were you thinking?’ for one rather disastrous …
