ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. (WJHL) — An Elizabethton man was arrested Thursday after allegedly uploading dozens of videos and pictures of child sex acts.
According to a news release from the Carter County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), Brandon Lee Napier, 30, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.

The CCSO reports an investigation into Napier began after one of the department’s investigators received two cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Those tips alleged Napier had uploaded child sex abuse materials to social media.
“It was reported by the social media platform that 28 videos and 16 photos were uploaded to the platform that depicted prepubescent female children engaging in sexual acts,” the release states.
The CCSO tracked the IP address used to post the materials and identified Napier as the suspect.
