Chippewa Falls Boys and Girls Club unveil new renovations [Video]

CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – A local Boys and Girls Club is finally cutting the ribbon on a multi-million-dollar expansion. The Chippewa Falls Boys and Girls Club started renovations of its building in March of 2023. Those renovations are now complete and feature a brand-new kitchen, workspaces, and recreation room.

CEO, Jeff Jaeger, says the club serves over 60 kids every day and the expansion will help provide more educational and leadership programs, “So if kids want to be on the floor and learn they can, if they want to be at high top tables and collaborate, we now have the flexibility and space to do that, which is just so great. We also have a lot of visibility in spaces to keep them safe. It’s still interactive which is really important when we’re talking about social and emotional wellness here at the club and how important those collaborative leadership skills are.”
