Shatta Wale has praised Blakk Cedi, the former manager of Stonebwoy, for his crucial support during his performance at the “Freedom Street Concert” in Jamaica.

In a social media post shared on January 4, 2025, Shatta acknowledged Blakk Cedi’s significant contribution to his success at the event.

The dancehall musician described their collaboration as a team effort, comparing it to a football match where personal rivalries are set aside for the greater good.

“Shout-out to Blakk Cedi, he tried for me. He helped me. It was teamwork, and it was like Ghana playing football. When the team is playing, they don’t care who is fighting with another. So no one is fighting one another,” he said.
